The Adult Sectional Abdomen is a versatile phantom for X-Ray/CT and Ultrasound training (FAST protocols). It includes abdominal anatomy with 9 lesions of size 1-2 cm at different depth and location near liver and kidney. The product can be further customized with various pathologies for specific training purposes. It is amber translucent in appearance by default, but a skin-colored version is also available. Ideal for ultrasound technicians and medical students.
Adult Sectional Abdomen for X-Ray CT, US is designed based on an average anatomy of an adult healthy human male. It is compatible with X-Ray/CT and Ultrasound. The bones are made from a realistic patented epoxy-based composite material with vertebrae that have a realistic three-layered structure with inner porosity.
The phantom can be customized with any pathologies for learning the techniques of FAST (focused assessment with sonography for trauma), FAMUS (Focused Acute Medicine Ultrasound), and any other procedural training (Pericardial effusion, etc.)
This product is a translucent amber version (opaque, skin-colored version available upon request). An ideal phantom for training ultrasound technicians and other medical students.
